Could You Deliver 461% ROI? In Healthcare?

Last year some 30 hospitals and clinics in Indiana tapped into the power and benefits of the Indiana State Rural Health Network (InSRHN).  Before the year was out, these hospitals and clinics were racking up savings and efficiencies that few had possibly envisioned. Through InSRHN, hospitals were able to secure significant savings for pharmaceuticals, IT development and support, purchasing discounts, insurance, legal expenses, and much more.

When all the savings were tallied up, InSRHN—an activity of the Indiana Rural Health Association (IRHA)—found that the program average ROI was an incredible 461%.

To chronicle this high performance and help tell the story, IRHA and InSRHN asked MEK to draft, design and produce an expanded annual report. So we did. And it’s an amazing story.
